The six story, 467,000 square
feet structure houses up to
400 dwelling units and beds in
the independent living, enriched
housing, skilled nursing and
Alzheimer’s facility. An
underground parking garage, with
valet parking, and an indoor
swimming pool are included.

The Lower
Hudson Council of School
Superintendents held its first
scholastic dinner in 1965. The
purpose was to celebrate
outstanding academic work. This year as in the past, J. Michael Orifici
presented the Opportunity
Scholarships. For
the past fifteen years, Mr.
Orifici has worked to attract
financial support from construction industry leaders for the
scholarships.
