the architect, as well as in
accordance with all applicable
codes.
His responsibilities
include client relations,
financial tracking and
reporting, maintaining the
bidding and construction
schedules, and meeting with
contractors and architects.
His experience includes creating master project and construction schedules and providing periodic
progress updates, identifying
delays and preparing recovery
schedules
.
He has
been responsible for construction cost estimating services from conceptual design through
bidding documents and providing Owner’s Representative services.
Mr. Schiller also provides construction consulting services including
value engineering, claim
analysis and change order
evaluation and negotiation.
