Mr. Tenreiro brings more than twenty years of hospital facilities knowledge to our team. This includes substantial experience as Vice-President for Support Services at a number of major, New York region hospitals, such as, The Saint Barnabas Medical Center, The Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center and The Presbyterian Hospital in the City of New York, overseeing the Support Service Division, including Environmental Services, Engineering, Materials Management and Purchasing, Telecommunications, Security and Safety, Linen and Housing.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Long Island University/C.W. Post College. His excellent communication skills, both written and verbal establish a productive rapport with office personnel, management and staff, of all levels. He acts as a liaison between the construction team and hospital personnel, making presentations and recommendations to Facilities Boards and community members His experience as forecaster, developer and administrator of fiscal budgets, including cost containment, offers an added level of project-specific cost management knowledge to our projects. Mr. Tenreiro is a strong planner, organizer and problem solver who has brought major projects from inception to completion and met demanding objectives. He is able to quickly identify problems and offer cost saving solutions.
